I've lived in East or Middle Tennessee my entire life. I was raised and currently reside in Roane County. I earned an Associates degree in Mathematics from Roane State Community College. I lived in Cookeville while attending Tennessee Tech University where I earned a Bachelors degree in Finance and then a Masters degree in Business Administration. I've held various positions working in the electric utility industry during my professional career over the past 23 years.

I have a beautiful wife, Holly, who is a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery. We have two sons - Grayson and Turner - who are college and high school age. Both have grown to be fine young men. Holly and I couldn't be more proud of them!

I'm now pursuing something I'm passionate about and have a great interest in - the home inspection business. I've always wanted to be able to help people in a meaningful way. I believe the skills I developed in college and in my professional career enable me to be a superior home inspector - skills such as attention to details and effective communication by writing clearly and concisely. I've also developed a keen interest in and awareness of continuous improvement. But more importantly,  I have a great desire to provide the best service and make the home inspection process a good experience.

I've been in the home buyer role of the home inspection process a handful of times. I've had mixed experiences. Like every other profession, there are good home inspectors and some who are not. My promise to you is that I will give you my best effort to provide excellent service and a well-written inspection report.
